New WOLF album twin CD clocks in at 49 mins

Just been checking out Barnes and Noble and they have a track listing that shows the length of each song.
I calculate that CD 1 is 25:18 and CD 2 is 23:57.
Total running time 49:15.

Interesting that this would be split up into 2 cds... first I've seen of it. Of course, the barnes and noble site could be incorrect listing as cd 1 and cd 2, instead of side 1 and side 2?? But, it could be that the 2 cds or sides have a different feel to them, and were split up because of this..? And, a sorta neat idea since the album cover is a man and woman joined together..

I also have noted from either barnes and noble or amazon that the album will be available on vinyl

Actually, on the B&N listing, if you look at the one that's broken down into two "discs", it does say "vinyl LP" right below the title. There is a second listing of MS on the B&N site and that is for the CD with only one disc listed. So I think this mystery is solved! Two LPs and one CD!

I also find it interesting that 6 of the 14 tracks clock in at under 3 minutes. Very interested to hear the stories Pete is quickly telling on those tracks. More than anything, I'm just so psyched that after many years of waiting, we'll have some new Wolf music in one month!

Could it be that the LP is just 1 disc, with side 1 and side 2 ? Or is 49 minutes of music too much for the good old LP ?

And did anyone wish Wolf a Happy 64th B'Day yesterday ?

That video was absolutely awesome. Also from what I heard of the album on that video, it sounds like this cd may possibly be his best yet. I love how he has a string section on Green Fields of Summer. I cannot wait till 4/6!!
