Had the unbelievable pleasure of meeting Seth Justman and D.K. in the Motor City Casino. My 18 year old nephew and I were leaving the elevator to go to the Friday show and as we stepped out.......Seth and D.K.!!! I'm in my '99 tee that has the Geils handprint hanging by about 20 threads I've worn it so much. Both band members were super cordial and awesome! Shook hands with 'em and wished em well and thanked them for doin' the shows. Both of them seemed very gracious and thanked us for going also. I ran into Seth 3 other times over the weekend in the hotel and he was very personable. Had a great conversation after the show on Saturday night with him and I basically begged them to keep on the road occasionally and to play a Cleveland show!!!! Could that weekend have been any cooler! Once again, The best band in Rock 'n Roll bar none.
